Is there an age limit?
We don’t have an age limit. The rooms require some complex logical thinking which is why we recommend players to be at least 12 years old. All players under 16 should be accompanied by adults. There is also no maximum age. Senior puzzle enthusiasts are welcome as well. So also bring your grand parents! Just make sure that you and all your team members are physically fit to climb stairs and be able to bend down.
What is the ideal team size? Can I also play on my own?
Our rooms are team games and the puzzles are also designed that way. Team sizes can vary between 2 – 6 players. Since some puzzles are quite tricky to solve and since you play against the time, it becomes harder the fewer people you are. We recommend a team size of 3 – 4 players. For bigger groups (up to 42 persons) we can book multiple games. Games can be started at the same time. She just disappeared -game has two identical rooms and can take up to 12 players.
How much time does it take to play one game?
You have 66 minutes to find the key to exit the room. If your team works together extremely well, you might even be able to make it in less than 45 minutes – and maybe set a new record?! In general you should expect to play around one hour plus 15 minutes before and after the game. The whole activity will then last approximately 90 – 100 minutes.
Are there any particular skills required to play?
You don’t need any super powers! If you bring along some cleverness, creativity and especially teamwork skills, you will have a great time and will solve the puzzles.
How can I pay?
We accept payments with credit and debit cards at the premises after playing. There is also a billing option for companies.
Is it possible to give away the escape room experience as a present?
Our games are the perfect gift and something really special. You can purchase a gift card online. We will then send you a voucher via e-mail to print out or forward to your friend. Just visit the gift card section on our website.
Would the escape room be a good team building acitivity?
Absolutely! And more than that. You and your team will have an amazing, connecting experience. And a lot of fun of course. It is the perfect opportunity to challenge and strengthen your communication skills.
I don't speak Finnish. Can I play anyway?
Of course! Our games don’t contain much text or written texts. Everything that has to do with language is shown both in Finnish and English. Our game facilitators speak several languages. It is important though that you understand the rules of the game before starting to play.
Are we being recorded?
It is part of the game that an employees observes you to make sure all is fine and to give you tips and help you. That is why we have cameras installed in the rooms. We don’t record anything though.
